album review: atlas genius

recently, atlas genius, an indie rock band from austraila, released their debut album, when it was now:

i first heard of atlas genius when i bought tickets to see imagine dragons and saw they were opening. before i see a show, i always look up the openers to check them out and get a feel for their music. i dig it. they create very easy-to-listen-to rock, leaning towards pop. i honestly can't see anybody disliking it. if you want just a taste for their style, check out their ep, through the glass. 

live, they sound pretty perfect. after the show, they stayed around to meet everybody. they were super nice and i re-bought their ep so they could sign it for me.
